Enola Gaye were the main sponsors to this years Ai500 Airsoft 2013 weekender held at Rype village in Kent. The location is an army training facility in the UK that was rented out for the weekend by organisers Airsoft International Magazine.
Anyway we sent down our Enola Gaye trade tent and resident in house airsoft photographer James Murray to capture some of the action! Of course we were mainly focused on the players who were making good use of pyro during their games and from the action it was easy to see the difference it made to their game play. Smoke Grenades thrown down in wide open spaces where forward movement was needed, and the new Flash Grenades designed for room clearance doing just that! It’s easy to see the positive impact pyrotechnics specifically designed for Airsoft makes on this brilliant past time.
Not only did the Airsoft Pyrotechnics go down a storm, but the new Enola Gaye patches and pouches were proving popular too. This is the 2nd year that Enola Gaye have sponsored the annual Ai500 event and it certainly will not be the last, with around 300 hardcore airsofters in attendance geared and ready to rock.
If you didn’t have the chance to attend this year, feast you eyes on some of our pictures to see what you missed….
