ENOLA GAYE USA.....

It's been in the pipeline for about 10 years and we're not there yet, but we've finally decided to start the process of getting it together!

We've just come back from the Paintball Product Extravaganza in Atlanta which is the new event hosted by PB Events solely for manufacturers within our industry. We attended purely to see what the reaction would be to our products and to shake hands with field and shop owners to get a feel for their needs. Overall the reaction to our forthcoming launch in the US has been very positive! Of course field owners are always skeptical about pyrotechnics in general and the fire risks of using any type of pyro on their venue; these fears were quickly extinguished (excuse the pun) when we told them how it's done in Europe and how widely used Smoke Grenades are.

Over the 4 days of the Paintball Extravaganza we met some great characters and the American people couldn't have been more welcoming; we thank everyone who spent time with us chatting about paintball in the USA, we have come away much richer in knowledge! We are now putting plans to paper as to how we are going to do this.

On that note, if you feel you can offer any help whatsoever I would be pleased to hear from you. Information on US policy is always more difficult to come by when working from our small office by the river in Reading, so we are welcoming any tips to speed things up! Especially if you know of anyone in the ATF that can help with our enquiries, we want to hear from you!!

We are not necessarily looking to hook up with the biggest distributors in the USA, we are studying other small and medium sizes companies and of course are considering incorporating our own US Company to distribute and promote Enola Gaye in the US. This of course would require a US citizen employee, office and storage that are all also under our microscope.

So nothing is written in stone, no decisions have been made, our hearts and minds are open and our move into the USA will be calculated, correct and with no corners cut. We will make new friends and bring our line of products that are now common on European fields. We are the brand leader in paintball/airsoft pyrotechnics because we have always done things right; we have always shipped the goods though registered couriers, tested the products to destruction, and we've always had the insurance companies on our side (in fact in the UK there are some insurance companies that will only cover Enola Gaye products).

To answer the question about paint and frag grenades, these products will follow after the introduction of Enola Gaye smoke grenades. These products will have different restrictions attached to them; so as not to slow our initial 'coming to America' the paint grenades will follow retrospectively.
